Purchase confirmation

After a successful checkout, the customer receives an order confirmation email to their provided email address. All orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving this confirmation email.

The customer will receive another notification when the order has been sent out. This email contains a tracking number and information on the customer-provided shipping information and delivery method.

Shipping pricing

Using multiple delivery partners, we ship our products anywhere in the world. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

The price depends on the product’s weight, amount of individual parcels required for the order, shipping destination, and delivery method.

The fastest way to get a precise shipping price estimate is to assemble your desired cart and enter your shipping address at checkout. You will be presented with multiple delivery methods with pricing listed beside them.

The shipping companies calculate the shipping price, and it’s not directly dependent on the seller.

Delivery time

The delivery time is based on your shipping destination and the shipping method you’ve chosen at checkout.

  • Standard shipping – the delivery time is up to 14 days in the USA and Canada, 30 days in Europe and 60 days in the rest of the world. Standard shipping is ensured via a global mailing system.

  • Express shipping – up to 7 days in the USA & Canada and up to 14 days in the rest of the world. Express shipping offers you the shortest possible shipping time and is done by private logistics companies. Express shipping applies automatically for orders above 200 USD.

Delivery process

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Depending on the delivery partner, deliveries are made during standard business hours on business days. Our local delivery partner will typically contact you via the contact details you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of their arrival.

Please note that we trust our delivery partners. If the purchase is marked as “delivered” in our system, we do not hold any responsibility for customers not receiving a product due to being absent, choosing an unsecured delivery method (e.g., third-party delivery agents, a broken mailbox or similar) or providing us with inaccurate delivery information. In such cases, refunds will, unfortunately, be impossible.

In all other cases, any lost in-transit product will be resent without requiring a customer to cover shipping costs.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Anatomy Next, Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.

Anatomy Next, Inc. does not take any responsibility in case of potential delays beyond our control, such as postal service problems or an extremely high number of orders. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

If you have not picked up your order from the delivery address within the time-frame indicated in your delivery note from the local delivery agent, the order may be automatically canceled with no refunds made.
